Anime characters with brownish hair?

so i want to cosplay as an anime character, but i dont want to buy a wig. so i was hoping to just style my hair to the characters...i just cant find the right person!! now, i can dye my hair a bit to match the color, so nothing past dark red-brown hair (like Ringo from air gear) and nothing lighter than a dark orange (like Rangiku from bleach, but i would like it darker)... also it can be guys, i actually like to be guys more...(and if he has a chick friend who is blonde that would be great too...it for my friend) please help!!
