My 1983 yamaha pw80 is making clangings noises.what is it?

my 1983 yamaha pw80 is making clangings noises. and my engine stoped and i opened it up and saw that my rings had seized and i bought a new piston rings gaskets and bearings and wrest pin and changed the all but it still makes the clanging noises someone please help
