What do my passport stamps mean?

I fly into London on May 19th and my passport was stamped. Then I flew to Milan on May 25th and it was stamped again. I am now on my way to Spain. My question is, when do I need to leave Spain by? 90 days after May 19th or 90 days after May 25th?
